Moms always appreciate tips and tricks to make their daily routines more efficient. I will add to the list below as I think of ideas to share:

  • picking up here and there reduces clutter and saves time

  • when towels begin to smell like mildew, wash them in hot water with one cup of vinegar

  • during flu season, wipe down all door handles and light switches with a disinfectant wipe or spray

  • getting eight hours of sleep each night can help energy levels and can even aid in weight loss

  • go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. This increases energy levels and productivity

  • Vitamin C, D, and Zinc are very important to maintaining a healthy immune system during cold and flu season. Children need them both!
